As CLEAR continues to grow, the People Partner will help drive our people strategy working closely with our Technology, Product and Security organizations with a focus on talent and culture aspects of M&A integrations. 


This is a highly visible role collaborating with a large variety of stakeholders across the organization. We are looking for a solutions-oriented change agent with a proven track record managing complex projects and implementing employee engagement and talent initiatives for acquired organizations with successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong HRBP experience to maximize the full potential of CLEAR’s acquired companies and their employees both domestically and globally. In addition, you will be a critical member in defining our HR M&A playbook.




 


What You Will Do:



  • Serve as the People Partner to our Technology, Product & Security business units and establish yourself as a trusted advisor

  • Partner across all levels of the organization to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential by using data and business insights to proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, retention, and employee experience 

  • Assist leadership teams with employee relation issues, providing coaching and counsel to employees on employee matters, exit interviews, employee engagement, performance plans, retention strategies, and other ad-hoc People initiatives

  • Continually pursue team, function and organizational improvement by working with the People Partner team in developing innovative People strategies and drive execution and change management through the effective use of talent tools and resources

  • Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions and promotions

  • Lead and implement M&A projects in partnership with stakeholders in multiple functions and work-streams

  • Develop and continuously improve our People M&A playbook

  • Perform talent related due diligence on newly acquired organizations in order to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations on People strategy

  • Create and manage the people integration plan in support of the acquisition deal objectives


 


Who You Are:



  • 5+ years as an HRBP 

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience successfully integrating newly acquired organizations

  • Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships, effectively coaching and advising teams on organizational issues and challenges

  • Strengths in:

    • Working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities

    • Problem solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative

    • Communicating and influencing at different levels of the organization to achieve results

    • Effective and persuasive written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

    • Coaching teams to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness

    • Working as a team member- building and maintaining a positive work environment across the network

    • Data insights and analytics



  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a quarterly basis
