Why this role is important to Field Nation:
The Information Security team works across the technology organization to implement, monitor and continuously improve Field Nation’s security, risk and compliance programs.  This person will be a significant contributor to the security governance and control program that is focused on security policy and standards, Technical Control Governance, training and awareness, metrics and reporting.They will get to assist in the scope and creation of internal security controls and execute risk assessments to support meeting our compliance obligations and enterprise objectives.  

What you’ll get to do in this role:
  • Develop, implement and administer a strategic, comprehensive information security risk management program and security controls library aligned with Field Nation’s risk tolerance.
  • Scope and execute risk assessments, generate security metrics and drive remediation.
  • Assist in the design, implementation and dissemination of Information Security policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
  • Serve as the SOC 2 and ISO compliance subject matter expert and a key point of contact for external Auditors.
  • Lead the successful completion of the quarterly UAR (User Access Review) audit process.

    • You may be a good fit if you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Engineering (or related discipline/equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in IT Risk Management, SOC 2 and ISO compliance and auditing (with a strong background in IT controls).
  • Experience in auditing SaaS based tech (AWS, GCP, Azure and other SaaS based vendors like Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc).
  • Extensive experience developing and implementing security and control solutions addressing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 requirements.
