Job Descriptions:

• Lead major crime investigations and assist security manager in preparing and coordinating resources against security incidents.


• Manage Security Infrastructure and safeguard employees, shipments, company assets.


• Catch up with Indonesia legislation, company policy and procedures according to action plans.


• Conduct training of security personnel where necessary (Company /Sub-con) and delivery of continuous improvement strategies.


• Assume the responsibility of inspection and security of all company-operated areas incorporating random auditing of site procedures and personnel.


• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company objective.


• Continually develop practices and strategies aimed at reducing theft across the business.


• Ensure security within the building and externally and prevent disruption to operations.

Requirements:

• English Language is a must.


• Experienced in Theft Prevention, Asset Protection, Investigation, and Law Enforcement, preferably in warehouse and transport environments.


• Knowledge of investigation steps and analytical skills.


• Have a driving license, and ready to travel to sites.


• Possess strong leadership quality and integrity.


• Know how to operate MS Office.


• Ready to be placed in Bogor and mild traveling.


• Experience in working with many stakeholders.


• Self-starter, self-driven, and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Have continuous improvement mindset with good initiative.


• Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task.


• Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
