Will report directly to the head of Security Response to provide TPM support for multiple teams that fall under the Security Response umbrella - Monitoring & Detection/SOC, Incident Response, Red Team & Technical Investigations (internal abuse & forensics).
Not an easy job - if you are looking for a 9-to-5 gig please move along. Identify and plug gaps in security response process based on industry standards, best practices, and prior experience
Improve Security Response program maturity by standardizing operational workflows, documentation, and establishing best practices for the program
Drive resolution to security and privacy incidents
Communicate status of security and privacy incidents as well as follow-up actions to the senior leadership team
Schedule and coordinate post mortems for security and privacy incidents
Manage procurement process for a wide range of software, hardware, and services
Partner with Legal, privacy and security engineering team to make sure all stakeholders are aligned with Security Response mission, protocols, and methods
Produce regular program statistics and ad hoc reports to be presented to senior leaders and executives. Coordinate, facilitate, and lead these efforts for the team
Assist the team during critical incidents by helping structure task ownership, establishing timelines, and providing status reports
