Serve as the primary point of contact for all Security Awareness and Training programs at Oath

Develop and lead a team of Security Champions across all business units

Develop and implement industry-leading security training content and incentive programs across the company

Understand Oath's business and development operations and be a change agent for Security

Minimum Qualifications:

Significant experience leading or managing Security training and/or incentive programs at large, global hi-tech organization

Significant experience creating and maintaining training materials, as well as managing internal and external trainers

Solid experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting metrics related to company engagement in security (training feedback, new content, updated incentive programs)

Solid experience and understanding of OWASP Top 10 as well as SANS CIS Critical Security Controls

Experience presenting and influencing top-line management and executives on the importance of Security

Strong understanding of infrastructure, including cloud technologies and network architecture

Strong understanding of key engineering principles and technologies

Solid knowledge of attacker life cycles and defender strategies
