As we continue on this journey, we require a Cyber Security Culture Lead, responsible for designing, building and implementing a cyber security cultural improvement program across WPP. Leading a small team and working closely with stakeholders they will baseline current security culture maturity and report upon their continued improvement in this area. 


You will be responsible for spreading awareness of techniques and do’s don’ts to deliver industry best cyber security awareness and behaviour across all individuals within WPP. 


They Cyber Security Culture Lead will establish a training programme and work with the necessary internal parties to have this built into the mandatory training programme for all staff (permanent and contract). 


Reporting into the Global Head of Cyber Security, you will lead the promotion of security culture and awareness across all staff in all geographies and will work closely with the cyber security management team to enhance the training programs on an ongoing basis. 


 


What you'll be doing:



  • Deliver information security training and awareness programme globally ensuring it aligns with WPP Privacy and Security Charter.  

  • Identify and drive improvements to the way in which current awareness campaigns are run and delivered to all colleagues across all markets. 

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to continuously improve the delivery of security training across the organization. 

  • Own and manage the relationship and engagement with external Training content providers and ensure industry leading materials provided. 

  • Develop metrics to track training undertaken and map against compliance and security occurrences demonstrating improving trending. 

  • Embed all security training within staff and contractor onboarding process across all geographies. 

  • Develop feedback loops and necessary forums to ensure staff and management have opportunity to pro-actively suggest areas for improvement and development 

  • Keep up to date with changing market knowledge and assess new opportunities for educating colleagues on evolving security awareness across markets and sectors. 


 


What you'll need:



  • Experience of working in a Cyber Security environment, preferably within a training and education discipline.   

  • Experience of implementing awareness, education and training events or campaigns in a Global Organisation. 

  • Experience of authoring and delivering computer-based training to a distributed global workforce 

  • Strong and detailed understanding of the threat landscape and best practices to avoid individual exposure.  

  • Detailed understanding of the Security guiding principles. 

  • Strong Stakeholder Management and engagement skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Proven track record of operating in time critical, diverse, creative and corporate environments.
