POSITION OVERVIEW


The Cybersecurity Learning Specialist is responsible for the management of all internal and external training content. 


JOB SCOPE


The Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to:



  • Managing the Learning Management Software (LMS)

    • Built University from the ground up

    • Create and maintain all courses on ThreatLocker University both partner-facing and for internal use

    • Create and maintain tests on ThreatLocker University for partners and internal use

    • Create and maintain compliance course and tests at ThreatLocker University

    • Create and edit videos for ThreatLocker University

    • Administrator of ThreatLocker University (maintaining groups, user lists, portal design)

    • Created custom University content for partners



  • Creating and collaborating with subject matter experts to produce technical copy and content 

    • Create new Knowledge Base articles

    • Edit/maintain existing Knowledge Base articles

    • Create documentation for internal technology processes and procedures

    • Technical client communications

    • Create Tweets on the ThreatLockerCH account 

    • Create documentation of important meeting content

    • Manage internal newsletter



  • Assist with weekly live training webinars

  • Working with CTO to build more intensive boot camp training

  • Onboarding security training 

  • Create and present training courses as assigned by the CEO

  • Serve as a SME, answering questions from other departments as needed

  • Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
