Listing Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks to the organization
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS, and SOC2
- Maintain incident response and business continuity plans
- Participate in security incident investigations and incident response efforts
- Create and deliver security awareness training to employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security risks are effectively managed
- Monitor security industry trends and evaluate new technologies to improve security posture
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Work experience with big 4 or similar firms is desired
- 3-5 years of experience in information security, risk management, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks and regulations
- Experience with incident response and investigations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications is a plus
