Successful candidates will have 2-5 years’ hands-on technical experience in Check Point, Cisco ASA & FirePower.


  • Responsibilities:
  • • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve customer issues
  • • Implement change requests for managed security customers, providing 2nd & 3rd level troubleshooting support
  • • Point of technical escalation for our SOC Analysts
  • • Effective and prompt communications with clients and internal staff/management
  • • Technical mentorship for security analyst team
  • • Generate and maintain operational process and training documentation
  • • Provide input to constantly improve our products and services to add value for our customers
  • and shareholders
  • • Handle any additional maintenance and/or service related activities as they arise
  • • Obtain and/or maintain up to date certifications for all products supported
  • • Analysis, recommendation and implementation of new technologies
  • • Other Duties as assigned
  • • Participate in company compliance initiatives relevant to ISO, NIST, and PCI etc.
