As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for building, leading, and operating security tools and services. You will collaborate with IT, lab, and business teams to develop, integrate and/or adopt existing or new security technologies in order to reduce or eliminate risks before they become security incidents.
You'll guide Alector to be more resilient through security communication, awareness, and training for all audiences.
Build and operationalize components of incident management, including detection, response, and reporting. This includes eDiscovery, litigation holds, and internal affairs.
Advocate to business partners and IT operations to ensure that cybersecurity is part of the evaluation, selection, installation and configuration of applications.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $300,000 and will be determined by the candidate's level, qualifications, skill set, and experience.
