We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Security Architect to join our growing Security team! The Security Architect is responsible for ensuring solutions and workloads built and running in the cloud adhere to Rx Savings Solutions security standards. This role is a dynamic role that requires strong technical ability across multiple cloud service providers, strong knowledge of information security principles, threats, and mitigation techniques, and strong interpersonal skills.

A successful individual in this role will help enable the execution of our mission, to make lives better by empowering consumers and simplifying the complex world of prescription drugs. We’re committed to reducing everyone’s prescription drug costs, increasing medication adherence and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Research, develop, continuously improve and implement security policies, procedures, standards and processes based on compliance requirements and industry best practices.
  • Determine technology and process requirements to implement security strategies.
  • Publish and communicate enterprise security technology standards to assure architectural consistency in security technologies needed to protect the enterprise.
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders as a subject matter expert in applications, infrastructure, and cloud security, providing security architecture consulting services for projects and key enterprise initiatives utilizing cloud resourcing (ex: AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Palo Alto, etc.)
  • Serve as an escalation point to research security testing and evaluation results. Research and report on current threats to the company’s environment. Publish and communicate enterprise security technology configuration baselines and standards to ensure architectural consistency in security technologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and awareness of industry trends related to Information Security and assess its impact on company operations.
  • Conduct technical security risk assessments against industry best practices and benchmarks to determine weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
  • Recommend, implement and integrate information security technologies to mitigate identified risks.

    • Requirements
  • Bachelor' s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or Information Assurance, or relative combination of education and experience
  • At least 10 years of combination of Cloud Security or related experience
  • HIPAA, SOC 2 and HITRUST experience
  • Familiarity with scripting languages: VueJS, PHP, Python, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problems solving skills
  • Solid strategic thinking and critical thinking skills

    • At least one of the following certifications, or the ability to obtain at least one within 6 months of employment):
  • AWS Certified Security
  • Salesforce SHARING & VISIBILITY ARCHITECT
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  • Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK)
  • Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
  • Cloud Security Essentials (GCLD)
  • Cloud Security Automation (GCSA)
  • Certified Web Application Defender (GWEB)
  • Public Cloud Security (GPCS)
  • Certified Cloud Penetration Tester (GCPN)

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
