We are seeking seasoned malware and security savvy candidates to augment our team and contribute in the malware investigation, detection, classification, validation, and release activities in support of our leading edge advanced malware detection solutions.

What you will do:

• Handle customer detection issues, provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Discover, track and analyze latest malware, network and email cyber threats
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

• 5+ years of direct or equivalent experience in the areas of network, email security/malware analysis.
• Knowledge in Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering
• Knowledge in computer and IT security.
• Knowledge in cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Knowledge in network traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump

• To ensure that a good general understanding and knowledge of products and services is maintained at all times. Ensuring customer queries can be dealt with effectively
• Must be organized, detail and process oriented
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues.
