RII is looking for a committed Corporate Security Officer professional to provide direct oversight with expert knowledge in the industrial and Information security fields. Deliver leadership / support in compliance with Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and company standards. The desired candidate will be responsible for understanding the vision and business models of the organization and develop facility, information and personnel security requirements to meet these objectives.
This position requires a US Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGManage, administer and coordinate the DOD and IC security program activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and proceduresLead team supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs and DOD collateral classified programs including physical security and overall management of approved DoD and Agency SCIFs and networks up to TS/SCI and SAPManage the Multi Facility Organization (MFO) Insider Threat Program working closely with GOV CI counterparts to ensure a current and responsive Insider threat programBolster personnel security clearance processes to include coordinating initial clearance submissions and periodic reinvestigations of staff, providing guidance and instruction to staff to ensure completion of security paperwork in accordance with government requirements up to TS/SCI/SAPProvide leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reportsPartner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concernsDevelop and enhance an information security management frameworkCollaborate across Business Units to reduce vulnerabilities, risks and incident managementDrive execution of solution delivery and maintain Facility and Personnel security plans, procedures, and instructions in accordance with applicable requirements. This includes all ICD-705 Areas working closely with accreditation officialsMaintain classified holdings and prepare classified transmittals in accordance with NISPOM guidelines and requirementsManage and develop annual refresher training and other security education programs to include preparing necessary documentation in support of the DCSA auditsMaintain a working relationship with DCSA and/or other Federal Agencies and each contract’s security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances or suitability determinationsDevelop and maintain effective “Document Inventory and Control Program” for management of classified systems, media and documentsDrive FCL sponsorship requests from subcontractors, provide DD254s and perform annual subcontractor DD254 review
WHAT YOU HAVE DONEBA/BS and/or 10+ years personnel/industrial security-related experienceCSSO and FSO CertifiedSuperior computer-related skills, with experience in Google suite applicationsExtensive knowledge of DISS, NISS, SWFT, eQip, CAC Process and PKI'sExtensive knowledge of DoD and IC security procedures, requirements, regulations, and overall compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, NIST and expert knowledge of ACCS, Scattered CastlesExperience in managing a geographically dispersed Multi-Facility Organization (MFO) and reporting directly to corporate leadership on all MFO security requirements and issues across the organizationHighly motivated, dynamic, responsive, and professional team playerExcellent customer service, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExceptional presentation/briefing skillsWork independently with minimal supervisionSelf-motivated with a concentrated ability to develop and implement workflow and process improvementsMakes effective use of time and resourcesSolid administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailAt RII, we believe that diversity in our workforce is critical to our success.
