Mandiant Consulting is seeking a senior leader for our expanding Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) Services Practice. The OT Leader will work with other Mandiant and FireEye senior leaders to develop and maintain an Operational Technology Go-To-Market strategy for both Professional Services and our Managed Detection & Response service (Managed Defense). The role includes identifying and driving new business to meet revenue goals, worldwide travel in support of new business development and sales opportunities, defining new services and solutions, supporting and developing consulting resources, and coordination of the delivery of critical projects to clients. This leader will need to coach, manage, and grow a team of Operational Technology experts and effectively influence a matrixed accountability model across other key business functions within FireEye. The leader will need to identify, align, and improve business processes and methodologies to support the growth of the OT service portfolio. The successful candidate will possess sound business acumen, have a proven background in Operational Technology, and experience running a security consulting team. This leader will help identify and evaluate third-party technology partners and play a key role in managing those relationships.Ensure FireEye Mandiant Consulting and the overarching FireEye business have a clear OT strategy that leverages the full power and capabilities of FireEye & Mandiant

Clearly articulate the combined FireEye & Mandiant ICS/OT capability differentiators in sales and marketing materials, proposal development, and all meetings.

Market and develop new business opportunities in partnership with Sales and through existing industry contacts

Manage relationships with trusted third-party technology providers and help identify and evaluate potential new partners

Review and approve proposals and contracts, and coordinate multi-service line RFP responses

Develop and drive business for new and existing service lines within Mandiant Consulting and FireEye Managed Defense to meet revenue and chargeability goals.

Lead and grow an international staff, including providing career development and leadership coaching

Identify and drive improvements to business processes and methodologies

Serve as the visible leader for OT capabilities at industry events and internal/external conferences

Travel, as necessary, to support sales efforts
