Are you looking for an exciting Working Student position? Work closely with our IT Compliance Manager and help us to drive Information and Data Security at PRISMA. In your role as the Working Student IT Security and Compliance, you'll actively participate in everything related to ISMS administration and support our different teams to ensure that their processes are compliant with European standards.

Tasks
- Support in the administration of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) (e.g. ISMS documentation, ISMS objectives tracking and implementation).
- Coordinate the security awareness trainings.
- Facilitate the internal Information Security team meeting and management review meeting.
- Assist the IT compliance Manager in risk assessment execution, workshops, and follow-up on risk mitigation actions.
- Adopt policies, standards, and procedures according to security and business requirements.
- Take part in the planning and preparation of internal, external, and certification audits.
Profile
- You are studying your first semesters of business informatics, business administration, or a related subject.
- You have a high interest in cyber & information security.
- Any prior experience in security topics (Internship or Working Student) is a PLUS.
- Having basic knowledge about ISO27001 and its implementation is a PLUS.
- You enjoy working in an international, collaborative, agile environment, and you bring strong people and communication skills.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
