Analyst Responsibilities
The Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst position is responsible for analysis and administration of access to company applications and systems
The candidate will act as the front-line operational support for access governance and the lifecycle management of digital identities
This candidate will be experienced in supporting IAM for a large to mid-size enterprise, with a focus on information security to align identity management to policies and procedures
The Analyst will have extensive knowledge on access administration and troubleshooting IAM concepts and technology, including Active Directory, O365, SailPoint, and industry SSO solutions
This role will support security processes and technology integrations in a large enterprise environment including cloud infrastructure and company applications
The IAM Analyst will ensure that IAM governance and compliance is integrated into business processes to contribute to a successful IAM program
Work within a distributed team where members are spread across numerous locations and communicate virtually to support IAM managed applications
Perform IAM governance and compliance functions which support business initiatives and solutions
Support IAM platform customizations, enhancements, and modifications
Work with internal/external clients providing support and management of digital identities across the IAM Lifecycle
Maintain and update processes and procedural documentation
Ensure that proposed and existing IAM processes and functions are aligned with organizational standards, goals and objectives
Drive initiatives to transform IAM provisioning and lifecycle management leveraging self-service and automation capabilities to enable a superior user experience
Contribute to evolving the overall strategy and operating model for IAM governance and technology solutions
Provide exceptional service and that SLAs are met or exceeded
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
Identify, document and develop process improvements and streamline systems access requests during new hire, transfer and termination processes
Document all approved access changes and audit on a recurring basis for continued necessity
Support internal and external audits by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review
