Listing Description

Panum Group, LLC. is seeking a self-motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Project Manager with program, project, personnel, scheduling, budgeting and managing of complex projects of varying sizes and scope. Must have Federal Government Cybersecurity experience. Must be knowledgeable of Federal Government compliance and regulations in Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years demonstrated experience in managing Cybersecurity projects. 

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for project management of Cybersecurity projects including, but not limited to: overall performance standards, deadlines included in the project plan, managing personnel and staff, ensure that all personnel are promptly briefed on the overall contract as well as the content of their task and the specific deliverables that fall under the purview of the task(s), reviewing task assignments and deliverables with contracted personnel, coordinating and communicating with the Federal Government representatives, monitoring and reporting on status
  • Understanding in the areas of Enterprise Security Program Guidance and Policy; Oversight and Compliance Verification; Survivability and Contingency Program Support; Assessment and Authorization Testing; Continuous Monitoring Development and Implementation; Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) Analyst Support; Information Security Outreach & Awareness; Continuous Monitoring Development and Implementation; IT Security Process Improvement
  • Prepare Project Management Plan (PMP) consisting of control policies and procedures in accordance with standard industry practices for project administration, execution, and tracking.
  • Ensure that all deliverables for all tasks under this contract are complete, accurate and delivered according to established schedules and are provided to the Government for review, comment and acceptance.
  • Document and apply quality control procedures used throughout the performance in accordance with the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
  • Document and conform to quality standards and best practices.
  • Identify and remedy quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Developing and updating various documentation and templates.  
  • Prepare status reports
  • Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans 

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years’ experience
  • 4-year degree from accredited University/College in related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • PMP or similar certification highly preferred
  • Federal Government experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
