Listing Description

Plan, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of Tinder's computer networks and information systems. Ensure appropriate security controls are in place that safeguard Tinder's digital files and vital electronic infrastructure. Oversee documentation, maintenance, and dissemination of internal security policies and procedures. Design and roll out internal security and privacy training and awareness initiatives; and Monitor use of Tinder's internal information systems and regulate access to safeguard information in computer files. Coordinate vulnerability management and remediation processes. Implement the Enterprise Security Risk Management framework to identify, assess, manage, and report security risks across Tinder. Lead security risk assessments annually and track progress of risk mitigation plans. Perform vendor security reviews and ensure recertification of vendors occurs based on defined risk levels. Lead recurring internal security reviews and audits. Achieve and maintain adherence with compliance requirements including SOX ITGC, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001. Position allows telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. Travel required to company office in West Hollywood, CA 10% of the time.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field plus 4 years of professional experience coordinating and integrating compliance and risk management initiatives (including control and monitoring) to maintain data and intellectual property secure from internal and external threats. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field plus 2 years of professional experience coordinating and integrating compliance and risk management initiatives (including control and monitoring) to maintain data and intellectual property secure from internal and external threats. Must also have the following: 2 years of professional experience achieving and maintaining compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 requirements; 2 years of professional experience documenting security policies and procedures; 2 years of professional experience working with vulnerability management processes and tools including Qualys; 2 years of professional experience performing enterprise security risk assessments; 2 years of professional experience performing vendor security reviews to ensure security of third party service providers.
