Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

3-5 years of experience with doing Incident Response and Computer Forensic investigations

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Self-driven team player who thrives on collaboration

Well-developed organization skills with a close attention to detail

GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) or equivalent certificationLead PFI Investigations of credit card breaches in North America. This may include carrying out onsite imaging of disk and memory, or remote acquisition of the same.

Respond in a timely manner to clients and card brands and acquirers during the course of an investigation to effectively communicate progress, expectations, next steps, etc.

Deliver feedback to clients to help them improve their incident response process.

Drive customer engagement with extensive participation in pre sales activities, marketing efforts, and events.
