Summary: Manage a large cybersecurity and IT-centric task order for SOCOM. Oversee all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors in fulfillment of contractual requirements across geographically dispersed sites. Direct and manage contract and personnel administration, quality assurance, and deliverables, serving as the single point of contact for the Government. Address and resolve any issues within the scope of the contract.
Major Duties:
- Plan, design, and monitor a large cybersecurity program.
- Ensure effective quality assurance, including on time and within budget deliverables
- Manage interfaces with other programs and communications with all stakeholders
- Manage the program's budget on behalf of the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO), monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits
- Facilitate the appointment of individuals to project teams.
- Ensure the effective allocation of resources and skills within the program's individual projects
- Initiate activities and other management interventions as issues arise
- Report regularly to the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contraction Officer Representative (COR)
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with SOCOM and/or CENTCOM
- Experience with DoD and IC cybersecurity requirements and risk management activities
Base Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 8+ years experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
- Active PMP
- DoD 8570 IAM III certification (CISM, CISSP / CISSP Associate, GSLC, or CCISO)
- BA/BS degree
