Our Risk team’s purpose is to serve our global community by analyzing the risks, business, or security. We evaluate, rank and resolve them, and continue to monitor them afterwards. As our work extends across multiple areas, from business to IT, our team gets the privilege to witness the inner workings of building cybersecurity solutions.

What Will You Do
  • Monitoring, analysing, and interpreting security/system events, operational irregularities, and potential incidents and escalating issues as appropriate;
  • Administration and operational support of security monitoring and management systems;
  • Utilising, tuning, and administering security tools such as endpoint protection, SIEM, and other essential security solutions;
  • Monitoring network traffic and responding to security alerts;
  • Utilising, tuning dashboards to detect anomalous activities;
  • Assisting Incident Response team members when the incident response team is active. Incident response tasks may include identification, log and event collection and analysis, communication support, and evidence handling.

  • Comfortable with different operating environments;
  • Hands-on experience with various security tools (Vulnerability Scanners, Threat Intel tools, IDS, XDR/EDR, etc.);
  • Experience with SIEM technologies and alert handling;
  • Skills to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
  • The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events);
  • Able to adapt to conflicting priorities.
