Compliance and Security of Overseas IT focus on building a secured and compliant infrastructure to provide our game studios. Our team will partner with Cloud Center of Excellence, CyberSecurity Legal, Privacy office and different Business Group to deliver the best cloud and on-premises solution.

We are seeking a Senior IT CyberSecurity Manager to design and implement Security vulnerability program for our cloud solutions, and Game Studios, making sure our infrastructures are secure and compliant.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role will work closely with our internal IT and Tencent cloud product teams, as well as our game studios to build the best CyberSecurity program. This role will be responsible of running vulnerability and penetration tests, build automated security control, conduct security assessment, and provide guidance on how to secure game studio’s on-prem and cloud systems.

The scope includes enable game studio to be compliant with local regulation by implementing appropriate security and privacy controls. In addition, collaborate with different stakeholder to create a clear CyberSecurity standard, guideline, and documentation to be replicated in future implementation

Requirements

• Administer IT systems and enforce adherence to governance processes and policies


• Deploy and operate AWS, GCP, Azure, Tencent Cloud SIEM, security benchmark, monitoring


• Implement and operate IDaaS for Tencent Overseas


• Proactively look for customer feedback and obsessively drive service to perfection.

• Familiarity with Containers and Kubernetes technologies and security concepts


• Previous experience with leading security and compliance with game studios is a plus


• Experience in developing automated tooling in support of security controls


• Perform penetration testing, code review (including DAST and SAST), and vulnerability assessment including manual testing


• Assess system vulnerabilities and provide guidance on how to secure


• Solid understanding of multiple information technologies (e.g. network, server OS, application platforms) including cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure preferred


• (NIST) 800-53 and ISO 27001 standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
