About the role


The Manager of Security Awareness & Training, Content is primarily responsible for ensuring the content team’s deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. This role includes project management for all projects assigned to the team as well as being a people-manager for the strategic and operations personnel on the content team.


Primary Responsibilities and Duties


Ownership of the content team’s project management system


Regularly check, update, and report status on all projects to leadership


Assign creative personnel to projects/tasks based on skill set, bandwidth, and other factors


Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure that creative personnel are utilized appropriately


Serve as people-manager to those who provide strategic and operational contributions


Oversee the content strategy, schedule, and library. Develop strategy and oversee creation of internal team resources.


Work with leadership to provide regular reporting of personnel and project hours and to track and manage ongoing expenses related to projects.


Mentor and encourage employees to foster a positive work environment


Key Skills


Extremely detail oriented and able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously


Willingness to delegate as appropriate, provide coaching/training to employees, and help resolve work-related concerns


Very clear communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills


Strong problem-solving skills


Strong understanding of business objectives


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field; or equivalent experience


PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred, with a focus on creative projects.


5+ years related experience.

  • Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AW’s Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of AW business information assets.

  • Must pass a criminal background check and an employment verification as a condition of employment.
