Cornershop by Uber is an on-demand grocery app that gives you free time while your errands from supermarkets, specialty stores, local markets, and more, are delivered right to your door. Welcome to Cyberdefense! Our mission is to monitor, detect and prevent different threats. Besides that important operation, we identify, investigate and deliver possible vulnerabilities that our systems may have and many other daily operations. Incident Response is our passion, we mitigate, contain and analyze incidents to improve our security posture. Threat Intelligence is our method of learning new threat patterns to improve our systems and automate response. All this is possible using the multiple tools such as internal developments, advanced monitoring technologies and teamwork.

What will you do?
  • Perform information security and/or cybersecurity activities. 
  • Design and lead security initiatives within Cornershop by Uber.
  • Work in incident response teams, threat hunting and/or threat intelligence (NIST SP 800-61, FIRST CSIRT Services Framework). 
  • Support with knowledge of Shield Mitre and its various components, as well as MISP management. 
  • Programming, ideally in Python.

    • What do you need to succeed?
  • Experience working in incident response, threat hunting and/or threat intelligence teams (NIST SP 800-61, FIRST CSIRT Services Framework).
  • Knowledge of information security and/or cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of Shield Mitre and its various components, as well as MISP management.
  • Programming skills, ideally in Python.
  • Be able to communicate in Spanish and English, spoken and written.

    • Nice to Haves
  • Experience in mobile security.
  • Certifications related to or covering the following topics: incident response, threat hunting and/or threat intelligence teams.
  • If you are the type of person who likes to have everything documented.
