As we continue on this journey, we require a Cyber Security Senior Reporting Specialist responsible for supporting all functions within the Cyber Security Team to define and report on key cyber security metrics, KRI’s and KPIs. 

You will create multiple different Cyber Security reports across multiple different formats. They will include but are not limited to, dashboards, committee papers, formal reports, status updates, website additions, email communication reports, newsletters etc. 

Reporting to the Cyber Security Delivery Lead, the Cyber Security Senior Reporting Specialist helps the Cyber Security Team to achieve customer satisfaction and risk reduction, through the effective analysis and presentation of key cyber security metrics. They additionally help to identify areas where further improvement is required. 

What you'll be doing:

• Define and document the reporting requirements for the Cyber Security Team 


• Produce a Cyber Security Reporting schedule and adhere strictly to it 


• Collate, analyse, and extract key cyber security metrics from across the various Cyber Security Teams and report upon these in a repeatable and where possible automated manner 


• Produce requisite reports in multiple formats to several different audience types across multiple platforms and media 


• Where required present the reports to relevant stakeholders across the business 


• Bring creativity, flexibility and a positive attitude to the production and presentation of the reports 

What you'll need:

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of cyber security requirements 


• Exceptional knowledge of reporting, dashboarding and publishing techniques and tools 


• Creative and flexible approach to written and verbal communication 


• Strong presentation skills 


• Able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously 


• Ability to rapidly review complex data sets and draw out most pertinent data 


• Experience of communicating complex technical data in an easy to understand and engaging way 


• Strong leadership with demonstrable experience in leading meetings / discussions with stakeholders of all levels 


• High degree of competency in using business analysis and reporting tools  


• Excellent verbal and written communication (including listening) skills  


• Demonstrate resilience and persistence and drive to maintain progress and resolve issues 


• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 


• Working cyber security domain knowledge and experience
