CSA + Capstone is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to provide our Navy client with Cyber Security information technology program support and analysis. As a member of the Naval Education Training Command (NETC) Cyber Security Team, this role will perform onsite data analysis, certification analysis and accreditation support for NETC Enterprise Systems. 

This position allows for a combination of telework and on-site presence at NAS Pensacola with primary duty location at Saufley Field.

Responsibilities
  • Processes NAS Pensacola/Suafley Field N6 Account Requests.
  • Processes SFTP, ACAS, NOLA, and ITSM account requests.
  • Monitors/Processes/Orders/Issues/Collects NIPR Tokens.
  • Monitors/Processes ACAS Scans.
  • Maintains the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Scorecard Report.
  • Provides support for administrative requirements to include formal and informal security documentation by Network Administrator, PMs, TMs and Application Owners.
  • Provides support for the following aspects of the PII program: identification and removal of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from various sources, pro-active intervention for elimination and removal of Privacy Act material from non-protected locations, conduct random and spontaneous spot checks of various files and systems to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Act.
  • Assists programs with completing security documentation to meet assessment and authorization requirements.

  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 years of related experience.
  • Functional expertise with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Experience with reviewing, comprehending and documenting findings from ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution) Reports.
  • Experience with DoD/DoN standards and assessments of enterprise information security architecture, processes, procedures, activities, and operations.
  • Active Secret clearance required. Must be able to pass a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

  • Certifications
  • Navy Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) baseline certification to include an IAM Level 1 certification will be required at the task order level. Acceptable certifications include Security+, CAP, CND, Cloud+, and GSLC.
  • IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree from an accredited institution in related field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science, etc.).
  • IT project management experience supporting Navy or DoD network systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting, reviewing, and editing technical graphs, briefs, or documents.
  • Evidence of being detail oriented with strong critical thinking in areas of IT process analysis / process improvement.
  • Ability to coordinate and work well with others team members.
