Job Summary/Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our organization's cyber security posture by focusing on security awareness. Your role would involve designing and implementing strategies to educate and train employees about cybersecurity best practices. This position requires a strong technical background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Specific Job Duties:

• Foster a culture of security consciousness by actively engaging employees and promoting the importance of cybersecurity in their daily activities.
• Prepare and deliver reports to management, detailing the impact of security awareness initiatives and outlining areas for improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on security awareness, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and raising awareness about cybersecurity risks.
• Monitor vulnerability trends and emerging threats to proactively address potential risks.
• Create educational materials and presentations to promote cyber security best practices.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives.
• Utilize security tools and technologies for security awareness training.
• Stay current with industry standards, best practices and regulations related to security awareness and employee training.

Shift: 1st: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.
• 2+ years of hands on experience in a cyber-security related role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools:

• Familiarity with security tools and technologies used for awareness training.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in dynamic environment.
