intive wants you as an Information Security Officer to further develop global information security management.

We take care of development, implementation and maintenance of international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX and embed information security throughout the organization. What you will be doing:

·        Coordination and oversight of implementation activities regarding intive’s information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, to ensure that intive’s information assets are adequately protected.
·        Communication of security procedures and guidelines to all relevant stakeholders in their local responsibility, including adequate periodic training and awareness campaigns.
·        Coordination of security incident handling.
·        Perform risk assessments regarding all relevant information assets at intive.
·        Identify, evaluate and report on information security risks, practices and projects to the Security Leadership, and provide subject matter expertise on security standards and best practices.
·        Security screening of new services, systems, applications or processes before their activation.
·        Ensure that the security management program is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements, especially those from intive’s customers.
·        Collect business metrics to measure the effectiveness of the security management program and report them to the Security Leadership.

You are a good match if you have:

·        Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a technology-related field.
·        Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX.
·        Hands on experience with the implementation and certifications of information security management frameworks.
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.
·        Innovative thinking.
·        Experience with security reviews and audits.
·        Supervisory and incident management skills.
