Listing Description

We are looking for talented and knowledgeable Senior Project Manager to manage medium to large cyber security and cryptographic procurement projects within agreed time, cost and scope/quality limits;

A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI PMP is a must.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Using the MS-EPM (Microsoft Enterprise Project Management) framework used by NCIA, develop and maintain agreed project plans and detailed stage plans in compliance with NCIA directives and project management best practices;

Ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders;

Monitor and control project progress and risk to ensure resources are consumed in accordance with the approved budget and within approved timelines;

Identify, plan, request and manage the deployment of resources to meet project milestones and initiate corrective actions when necessary;

Stay abreast of technological developments in the area of Cyber Security;

Deputize for higher grade staff, if required;

Perform other duties as may be required.
