Overview Dragos is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager that will focus on managing and developing key relationships with technology and OEM companies that are vital to the success of our mission. Our ideal candidate will have a strong industry background (automation, industrial control systems, or operational technology security) and proven experience leading partner initiatives. Responsibilities Manage key partnerships: Oversee key relationships with technology and OEM partners that are important to the overall success of the organization. Develop and execute partner initiatives: Successfully execute partner initiatives including strategy, GTM sales plans, marketing, and general management activities. Team collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering) to ensure successful outcomes such as new integrations and technical enhancements. Administration: Manage information exchange at various leadership levels, coordinate legal agreements/contracts, and create new content for join authorship. Qualifications Industry experience: Strong background in the automation, industrial, or operational technology (OT) security industry. Proven track record: Successful background in managing and developing relationships with key partners and stakeholders while working against a management by objective (MBO) structure. Self-motivated and outcome-driven: A self-motivated and outcome-driven attitude, with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively engage with internal resources and external partners at all levels. Strong technical acumen: Ability to confidently demonstrate and discuss Dragos solutions and their architecture. Familiarity with CRM systems. Travel: Willingness to travel to conferences, events, and partner meetings as needed Compensation OTE: $195,000 OTE + Benefits + Equity = $305,000 Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match) Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program.
