Job Description
You will play a critical, leadership role in helping drive critical business decisions and strategy and work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to advance strategic planning and corporate transformation goals for the organization. You will:
- Work executive management to direct and oversee the organization’s strategic and long-range goal planning process
- Implement and manage the development, execution, and regular tracking of long-term business and commercial strategies and milestone achievement enabling the organization to “move fast” as it continues to scale through efficient execution on key strategic initiatives
- Evolving and maintaining multi-year strategic planning model that help drive transparency and alignment across organization on vision, strategy, direction, operating model, goal setting, resource allocation, and progress on key initiatives
- Support longer-term financial and operating metrics to assist in the measuring, management and improvement of long-term business goals
- Collaborate with Operations and Analysis team to develop insight into root cause drivers of key operating metrics including both standard financial, GTM and SaaS-related metrics
- Work with management to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress on our objectives and key results, and metrics are aligned with the organization’s strategy and mission
- Incorporate foundational research (market mapping, total addressable market, etc.) into strategy and analysis
- Develops strategy communication materials for executive presentations targeting different stakeholder groups
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent business judgment who has a passion for business operations and strategy and the ability to translate into holistic financial and operational modeling/scenarios to facilitate strategic direction and goals of the organization
- Prior experience of 8+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting and/or corporate financial analysis required
- Strong Excel modeling skills (Scenarios, Simulations, etc.) and PowerPoint deck story telling capability (with strong ability to incorporate key visualizations of data and concepts)
- Prior subscription-based business experience with strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and related concepts
- Excellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive-level insights and recommendations

Minimum Salary: $180,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations.
Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from FireEye’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
