As a member of the Information Security team, you are enthusiastic about security and risk management. You see security as an enabler and differentiator to enable the business through innovation, not as a check box in the compliance process. You work with the business and technology partners to achieve goals and objectives in a secure manner with a heavy forward lean on modern data and technology architectures.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies, policies, and architecture for security infrastructure to reduce cyber security risks to the company based on the latest threats, laws, & regulations
  • Practical knowledge of WAF, SIEM and other security tool implementation
  • Lead the response to information security incidents, including investigation of, countermeasures to, and recovery from cyber-attacks, unauthorized access, and policy breaches; engage, interact, and coordinate with incident responders, including law enforcement
  • Establish a Security Operations Center (SOC) for on-premises and cloud infrastructure, monitoring corporate/customer environments
  • Hire, mentor, and train security engineers to be part of the Security Operations team
  • Perform annual security program planning for Security Operations
  • Evolve the organization's capability to monitor threats and vulnerabilities as well as detect, investigate, respond to, and recover from incidents.
  • Lead and develop effective vulnerability management processes
  • Develop and lead Red Team/Offensive Security capabilities  
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics for vulnerability management, incident response, security awareness training, and other security processes
  • Develop and deploy Data Loss Prevention program 
  • Educate and influence executive leadership and associates to effectively leverage security capabilities and solutions to mitigate risks and emerging threats
  • Communicate and provide updates to Head of Security and Technology leadership
  • Lead the development and administration of information security training and awareness programs
  • Develop and maintain all information security documentation, process, and training

  • You can describe the risks of security exposure or vulnerability in business-impact terms
