Business Analyst, Identity and Access Management
The Dell Security & Resiliency organization manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. Join us as a Business Analyst, Identity and Access Management on our Cybersecurity team in Mexico to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
The Business Analyst will be adaptable and fast-moving, with the ability to independently lead projects, solve moderately complex problems, and provide innovative ideas to propel the service area and products supported forward.
You will:
- Defines overall application functional and business requirements with end-users and recommends application modifications, configurations, and processes
- Drives projects with moderate budgets or of a short to intermediate duration
- Produces business process flow charts; creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations, and other materials) for knowledge transfer to leadership
- Works with Agile teams in defining, documenting, and clarifying business requirements; evaluate and articulate technical requirements to address business requirements
- Develop and present high-quality metrics dashboards to drive service area improvements
- Manages progress tracking of automation goals and efficiencies gained manual effort reduction

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years relevant professional experience
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM and software development lifecycle principles
- Experience with automation tools and concepts applied to process automation and improvement preferred
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analysis platforms preferred
- Ideal candidate has experience in Identity and Access Management
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Information Security OR equivalent experience
- Intermediate knowledge of technology and cybersecurity key concepts
- Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
- Extensive experience interpreting user needs and writing functional specifications for new systems, systems changes and/or system enhancements
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, influence, and motivate others to achieve results
- Advanced communication and presentation skills working with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to develop documentation or data analysis
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables
