Panum Group, LLC. is seeking a self-motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Cybersecurity SME for IT Security Operations Process Improvement. Must have Federal Government Cybersecurity experience. Must be knowledgeable of Federal Government compliance and regulations in Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience and leadership experience as well as 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing Cybersecurity projects related to IT Security Operations Process Improvement.
 

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze existing IT Security processes and procedures within the agency and compare those with government and industry best practices, including FedRAMP certified cloud service providers.
  • Provide recommendations to meet new IT Security goals and objectives and to infuse innovation into the FS Cyber program.
  • Optimize underlying processes to achieve more efficient results.
  • Align agency business processes to realize IT Security goals.


    • Minimum Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience and leadership experience as well as 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Cybersecurity
  • 4-year degree from accredited University/College in related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Cyber specific certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional or CISSP; Certified Information Security Manager or CISM) are highly preferred.
  • Federal Government experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
