We need a highly technical and detail-oriented Information Security Manager to ensure best practices in our IT and Information Security function 💎 Someone who can switch communication between technical and not-technical audiences. What you’ll be doing
• Working within the Group Information Security GRC team, providing governance and oversight across Information Security risks and controls and ensuring on-going compliance with overarching standards & regulatory requirements
• Developing and delivering strategies, methodologies, communications and training plans to raise awareness of Information Security within Revolut Group
• Ensuring Group Information Security policies and procedures are in line with over-arching regulations and industry practice
• Perform information security and compliance assessments on processes and systems
• Conducting and completing third party information security risk assessments and vendor due-diligence reviews
• Providing expertise and assistance through internal and externals audits for information security standards & frameworks such as NIST, SOC2, ISO27001
• Carry out control testing and periodic gap assessments to ensure continual compliance
• Coordinating internal and external reviews for security frameworks e.g PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSP
• Reporting security status and events to senior management
What you'll need
• Experience operating in an information security governance, risk and compliance management team
• Background experience in Information Security, IT Audit and/or IT Operation disciplines
• Excellent understanding of compliance requirements, including those related to the financial services industry
• Very good understanding of PCI-DSS, ISO27001, GDPR and other industry standards and regulatory frameworks
• Understanding of information security as it relates to modern technology stacks (Cloud, SaaS)
