  • Proven success in Security/Facilities management with direct responsibility for physical security in a multi-site corporate environment
  • Expertise in managing physical security vendors and contracts
  • Track record of building and leading teams of direct employees and vendor contractors in delivery of high-calibre security and safety services
  • Experience leading the response to physical security or safety incidents, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially during crisis situations
  • Leads with empathy

  • It would be great if you had (but not essential):
  • Direct responsibility for physical security across an international corporate environment
  • Experience leading remote international teams
  • Join us as our first Head of Physical Security, keeping Canvanauts safe and secure across our global offices.
