TC-UK Internet Security is looking for an experienced Strategic Intelligence Analyst to join our Threat Intelligence group as a Team Lead.
Strategic Intelligence Analysts within the Threat Intelligence team provide situational awareness to decision makers, and act as subject matter experts for an allocated geographic or thematic area in a cyber-context. Strategic Analysts need a sharp intellect, an eye for detail, a high analytical capability, and a solid technical/cyber underpinning. Our Strategic Intelligence Analysts/Team Lead must exhibit a keen interest in cyber, current affairs, and technology.
THE SKILLS THAT WE NEED
The ideal candidate will possess experience in the following areas:
Minimum of 7 years experience as a strategic intelligence analyst, ideally (but not necessarily) in a technical environment
Previous experience as a leader of a technical team, with experience in mentoring junior staff
Skilled in technical and non-technical writing. Above average verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
Effective prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to shift focus to higher, breaking priorities without concern
Demonstrated track record of teamwork
HIGHLY DESIRABLE SKILLS
Experience of presenting in front of customers and large audiences

The position is located at our UK offices in Winchester in Southern England. Remote workers are not eligible for this position. The office is a short walk from a convenient rail station: 1 hour from London Waterloo, 32 mins from Reading, 20 mins from Southhampton and 15 mins from Basingstoke.

Regularly produce Threat Intelligence Reports, providing detailed analysis on cyber events, including relevant political, economic, and geopolitical variables. Provide a forward-looking view of the threat, predicting shifts in adversarial intent, goals, and strategic objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert for an allocated geographic and/or thematic area, closely following open source and closed intelligence source reporting on associated actor groups (nation-state, criminal, hacktivist, and terrorist) , incidents and campaigns.
Maintain detailed threat actor profiles on adversaries of interest/relevance to the mission, covering tactics, techniques, procedures, intent, goals, and strategic objectives.
Maintain knowledge of the threat landscape by monitoring open and closed intelligence sources, and contribute to quarterly threat landscape briefings.
Identify, develop, manage, and productively leverage external relationships to enhance intelligence collection efforts.
Provide regular written and verbal briefings and presentations for Global Cybersecurity partners and Lines of Businesses up to the senior executive and board level.
