We are looking for a Vice President to join Coalfire's Offensive Security team.

Position Summary

The Vice President of Offensive Security, Client Management will report to the EVP of Offensive Security and will be responsible for establishing key client relationships that accelerate both account growth and elevate customer satisfaction for key accounts. This position is expected to collaborate and team closely with sales, delivery, marketing and product functions to accomplish results that strengthen our relationships and expand our value within our large enterprise accounts.  This individual contributor role will expand, maintain, and grow our most valuable Offensive Security accounts (10-25 clients).  
  
The pace of growth and fluid nature of this business and industry requires a seasoned leader who can think like an entrepreneur, partner with C-Suite executives, and achieve client objectives in a rapidly changing environment.   The VP of Offensive Security, Client Management will be responsible for growing and securing our place in the market by working as an executive sponsor for our highest priority/largest clients. This role will work closely with our VP, Major Accounts to help expand our services portfolio within key accounts for our Offensive Security business, and build meaningful executive relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Partner closely with VP, Sales Major Accounts and Offensive Security sales leadership to set a visionandstrategyforgrowinganddevelopingthe Offensive Security business within Major Accounts.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow key executive relationships within Offensive Security customers within Top Key Accounts.
  • Serves as leadership and content development coordinator for key client presentations.
  • Partner with Sales team to ensure all Coalfire Offensive Security solutions and products are being marketed to the right personas on a personalized basis.
  • Partner with account management teams to accelerate wallet share with strategic clients
  • Coordinate with account teams to establish QBRs within top accounts.
  • Act as executive sponsor in key partnership relationships in collaboration with our channel sales team.
  • Drive opportunities, bookings, and pipeline by supporting the sales team in client meetings and client presentations.
  • Identify new strategic opportunities in the market.
  • Execute against priority KPIs (pipeline, booking, revenue, and gross margin) across key accounts
  • Effectively manage cross-functional team collaboration, alignment on expectations / outcomes and associated communications.
  • Perform market facing activities; provide thought leadership utilizing industry expertise in a specific area to grow the practice.
  • Workwithother Coalfire VP’s tointegrateandcollaborateacross combinedopportunities/delivery engagements.
  • Involvement in marketing oriented activities within top accounts including developing and implementing client testimonies and case studies.
  • Partner and work directly with senior leadership of the company, including Sales/Operations/Marketing/Delivery.

  • What You'll Bring
  • 15+ years of experience in cyber, relationship management and consulting / MSS
  • Experience in growing consulting services practices at scale
  • Experience selling professional services alongside platform solutions.
  • Strong professional services leadership experience  
  • Experience with establishing and fostering channel partnerships
  • CISSP, CISM, or other relevant industry designations 
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Enterprise Sales Cycle 
  • Understand red team operations, application security, vulnerability management services
  • Experience as an operational leader running and building word-class offensive security programs 
  • Strong presentation skills, verbal and written, are a must, including presentation skills suitable for larger audiences 
  • Authentic leadership style  
  • Able to lead by forming productive cross-functional relationships 
  • Strong executive presence and ability to partner and work directly with C-Suite executives
  • Capable of contributing to broader business and strategy conversations beyond their 
  • functional area 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to constructively question the status quo 
  • Team-oriented and resourceful. Improves solutions through collaboration 
  • Innovative mindset, unafraid and inspired to bring something new to this space 
  • Experience working for either a start-up and/or high-growth organization is a plus 
  • Ability to articulate technical content to a non-technical audience
  • MBA high desirable 
  • 50% plus travel required

    At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $151,700 to $263,00 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
