Why We Are Hiring:

We are looking for a Director of Security Technology, who is a proven leader with the ability to enable large enterprise deployments of Cyware solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who has thrived in hyper-growth teams. In this role, you will lead a team of solutioning architects and engineers and soar engineers and work with multiple teams including sales, engineering, customer success, customer support, and others to ideate, build, and deliver high-quality solutioning services to our clients. You will also lead the development of scalable and repeatable strategies that drive customer success through Cyware’s product adoption, renewal, and expansion.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead a team of high-performing solution architects, SOAR engineers, and solutioning engineers.
  • Understand Cyware solutions, value proposition, customer landscape, complexities, and opportunities
  • Lead the development of professional services offerings including value positioning, scope of services, collateral, pricing, and methodologies to drive the adoption of Cyware’s solutions.
  • Develop strategic plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones to build and evolve Cyware’s product and transformational service offerings.
  • Implement the process, systems, and technology required to support the delivery of successful customer projects.
  • Lead delivery of consulting, education, and implementation services to our customers, overseeing resource management, project delivery, and operational success metrics.
  • Own operational metrics, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and on-time completion of projects.
  • Build and scale global service operations (i.e., people, process, systems, and tools) to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while building effective and efficient delivery methodologies.
  • Act as an evangelist for services, partnering with the sales team to qualify, scope, and sell engagements and ensure that high-quality deals are negotiated.
  • Respond to all sales opportunities, and work with the Sales team to drive new business by utilizing professional services capabilities.
  • Facilitate sales requests for services proposals, contracts, or customer meetings.
  • Participate in sales and contract management calls to ensure Cyware’s services are properly scoped and included in customer deals.
  • Engage Cyware’s customers on a periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) basis to track customer satisfaction and ensure customer success.
  • Ensure all relevant services documentation including timesheets, expense reports, and others are collected on time and submitted to sales operations and finance teams.
  • Maintain a forecast of delivered revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage the activities of direct reports, delivery partners, and training partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Hire, onboard, manage and mentor a team of technical solutioning consultants as needed.
  • Provide strategic direction and input to the technical development of the professional services team.
  • Engage with customers to understand opportunities to enhance the value of Cyware’s platforms through services. 
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate to drive successful customer and business outcomes.
  • Be accountable for services financial goals and metrics, including bookings, revenue, gross margin, and utilization.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders involved within the customer management lifecycle including sales, pre-sales, solutionining, engineering, PMO, Customer Success, Customer Support, etc.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, with a preference for MBA 
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional services experience in the SaaS industry; 5 of which should be in a lead role in managing teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and implementations/products
  • Hands-on experience with the following technologies: SOC Technologies, SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence Platforms, Incident Response Systems, UEBA, etc.
  • Cloud and ITSM domain knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Balanced experience across all aspects of professional services - marketing, sales, delivery, back office, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
  • A passion for delivering positive business outcomes and creating great experiences for customers.
  • Strong people management and organization planning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Action-oriented. Finds solutions versus raising issues. Removes obstacles.
  • Innovative. Looks for areas to foster continuous improvement.
  • Is flexible, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change. 
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Travel up to 25% based on the needs of the organization and customers.
