Who You Are
You are an experienced professional with the proven ability in Identity and Access Management (IAM) work unit.
You will be responsible for how users within an organization are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people at BHG the organization. The IAM analyst will be responsible for working with provisioning applications such as: Saviynt, AD, O365, and other BHG corporate applications. This is an active, hands-on position, responsible for building a team processes and other related job responsibilities. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while assisting BHG in decreasing risk and protecting customer data. 


What You'll Do
  • The Security Administrator is responsible for planning, design, and development of IAM processes both manual and automated.
  • The Security Administrator will identification and troubleshooting access issues related to identity problems or identity integrations
  • The Security Administrator will maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for all identity systems.
  • Responsible for the stable operation, architecture, and upgrades of the global Active Directory.
  • Must coordinate with cross functional teams to design all components of the provisioning process.
  • Responsible for managing single sign on through two federation technologies, Ping Identity and Active Directory Federation Services
  • Prepare reports for management and leadership regarding status of project.
  • Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies.
  • Responsible for identity integration to all cloud provider.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

  • What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or relevant technical / science degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management. 
  • Experience managing Cloud Identities.
  • PowerShell scripting experience in a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a wide variety of people to accomplish the goals of BHG.
  • Capable of working independently, as well as in team / collaborative settings.
