Overview

Our client is one of the biggest local banks in Cambodia. They are now looking for IT Security candidates to relocate to Cambodia and build, plan, execute the delivery of cyber and information security services.

What You Will Do

Initiate, lead and monitor information security and cyber security controls in banking environment

Address and respond to information security incidents in order to reduce potential damage

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Liaise with relevant regulators and agencies in relation to information security matters

Identify improvement plan by gap analysis of maturity levels

Train and grow with IT security team and build up the relevant skill

Comply with regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity

What You Will Need

Degree or master degree holder, major in Computer Science related subjects

Good command of both spoken and written English, capability in Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not a must

Over 10 years experience in IT field and minimum 5 years in cyber and information security

Solid knowledge in IT security services

Banking or finance service industry experience is preferred

Certified in CISSP, CISA or related professional certification is preferred

Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills, strong leadership experience
