We’re looking for an information security officer to work on identity and access management governance and Pipedrive’s information security risks. You’ll be responsible for describing and implementing IAM-related requirements and policies. Working on risk discovery, analysis and mitigative controls, you’ll challenge the status quo and propose new and effective ways of working. Your new adventure:Describe and maintain the identity and access management governance programCreate or propose new controls and mitigative measures to address IAM-related gaps and risks Support the infrastructure and operations teams during implementationDevelop and implement metrics to measure the status and maturity of the programWork closely with the information security risk and compliance officers to develop and improve Pipedrive’s risk management programConduct and enhance risk assessments for various departments and functions connected to information securityProvide technical input for risk analysis and mitigative controlsWork with different teams and functions within the information security department and support them within your field of responsibility and competenceCreate educational materials to increase information security awareness in Pipedrive, promoting and educating people on access controls, threats and other relevant security topics
Does this sound like you?Solid understanding of access controls, risk management and cloud technologies A team player, you’re comfortable working cross-functionally in an agile environment A strategic thinker who can translate the big picture into smaller tactical projects Ability to communicate well both with technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security or a similar field Field-related certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plusInterest in quantitative cybersecurity risk analysis is a plusBasic knowledge of probability and statistics is a plusBasic coding skills (Go, R) are a plus
