FNF is seeking a Solutions Architect/Engineer Lead of Data Protection & Governance (DPG) to join the Information Security Office (ISO) in either the Jacksonville, FL office or REMOTE. This position will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Data Protection & Governance supporting the following sub-domains:
- Data in Transit Security - Data Loss Prevention (DLP)/ Insider Threat Management (InTM), DLP Investigations, Secure Data Transmission, and Cloud Data Protection.
- Data at Rest Security- Data Discovery, Data Inventory, Data Access Governance, Database Activity Monitoring.
- Cryptographic Services- Encryption Key Lifecycle Management, x.509/PKI Certificate Lifecycle Management, Tokenization.
- Data Protection Strategy & Governance- Security Metrics/Reporting, Governance Framework assessment, Policy & Standard development, Roadmap development, Line of Business consultation and governance.
This position will be responsible as a hybrid Subject Matter Expert (SME) engineer lead and Cybersecurity solutions Architecture for DPG to support all sub-domains to design, support deployment, and develop strategy to evolve Data Protection technologies. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Data Protection technologies and methodologies, root cause analysis and risk management, security best practices standards, and audit and regulatory frameworks.
Duties
- Design and support engineering of target state DPG program and supporting technologies both on-premise and in cloud services- serving as technology SME and Solutions Architect.
- Responsible for DPG architectural design and documentation; support DPG engineering as Tier 3 as needed for DGP products, technologies, and services.
- Manage and mature DLP program-related controls, design documentation, testing, and alignment with risk management framework.
- Create requirements for evolving DGP risk management, technical controls, technologies, and security best practices in conjunction with security architecture.
- Assess business requirements of the various lines of business and align solutions to balance the enablement of the business with appropriate security controls.
- Support creation and documentation of technical architecture design & solutions, business process alignment with DPG technologies; develop supporting technical documentation including process and procedure manuals, training, employee communication, workshops, business unit orientation and onboarding, and team meetings.
- Support DPG work with various Audit, Compliance, and Assessment teams and programs to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the platform, standards, procedures, processes, and internal controls.
- Support adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies, and Standards; partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps.
Experience
- 10+ years of IT security engineering and or Governance Risk and Compliance related experience.
- Experience in implementing DLP & Insider Threat Management programs.
- Experience with Enterprise DLP, UBA, UEBA, CASB, DAG, DAM, HSM, and PKI software solutions, design, and implementation.
- Experience interfacing with executive leadership to present both situation reports and business proposals for strategic change/improvements.
