Listing Description

From the first interaction with a prospective customer through enrollment, on-boarding and into production, you are the primary technical point-of-contact for the customer. You'll understand the customer's security posture, technical capabilities, as well as their operational and information needs. You are ultimately responsible for acting as the customer's advocate within Red Canary and delivering on our promise of improved security.

You will work directly with the Red Canary sales, engineering and security operations teams.You are an experienced security professional who:

has outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

has experience with or the capacity to master Endpoint Detection and Response products.

understands incident handling and response.

understands enterprise technology and security operations.

is equally comfortable briefing security executives and writing custom DFIR tooling in Python.

All positions are based out of Denver, CO but are remote optional.
