Join us as a Senior Program Coordinator on our Cybersecurity Program Office team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Cybersecurity organization in the management and optimization of our portfolio of cybersecurity programs. You will work with other CISO Program Office team members and internal stakeholders, as well as, external consultants and vendors. You will also coordinate with legal, procurement, vendor management, finance and communications teams to manage multi-functional team coordination of activities.
You will:
- Play an active role and own multiple workstreams to improve our global Cybersecurity organization
- Support administration and optimization of internal collaboration and portfolio/project management tools
- Manage coordination of deliverables from start to finish and against deadlines, including supporting data calls and content development for program and leadership presentations
- Support metrics and reporting, and provide analysis for data-driven decision-making
- Identify areas of improvement, process gaps or opportunities for efficiency across the team and help lead the development and implementation of improvements
- Capture and track action items and escalations to completion

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a large technology firm with a global footprint
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing, shifting priorities and have flexibility across time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present at senior leadership levels
- Ability to solve complex problems in a collaborative way and work cross-functionally
- Ensures rigorous attention to detail in all work activities and products
- Results-driven and accountability-minded
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Jira Align, Jira Software and Confluence
- SAFe Certified
- Progress towards a security industry certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) preferred
- Prior project, program or consulting experience preferred
