Listing Description
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multidisciplinary investigation and analysis roles
• Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and referral partners
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Working knowledge of investigation processes and techniques leveraging technical and non-technical indicators
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases with a sense of urgency
• Can comfortably and confidently ask the right questions to drive an investigation forward while maintaining good judgement and minimum bias
• Experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation, including investigation processes and Standard Operation Procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with insider threat investigations
• Experience with understanding and processing human behavior and motivations from various technical and non-technical indicators, human intelligence, and open-source intelligence
• Familiarity with implementing technical controls required to identify and detect insider threat behavior
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience in a related field
• Experience managing Jr. Analysts and InvestigatorsAnalyzing technical and non-technical indicators of potential insider threat activity
Leading investigations, gathering evidence, and compiling investigative reports for referral partners
Managing day-to-day relationships with stakeholders and referral partners
Tuning rulesets, maintaining use cases, and updating case dispositions within the User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) tool and case management system
Supporting documentation development and maintenance
Driving process improvement and optimization efforts for the team
Supporting program growth and maturity efforts, as needed
