We recently launched our product into general availability and are in an exciting phase of go-to-market execution focused on building brand visibility and driving pipeline growth.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Digital Demand Generation Specialist to lead and scale our digital acquisition efforts across LinkedIn and other key platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic and execution-focused marketer who has deep experience driving demand for B2B cybersecurity software. You’ll be responsible for building and executing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads across our buyer and user personas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the strategy and execution of digital demand generation initiatives, with a strong focus on LinkedIn (paid and organic)
• Develop, test, and optimize messaging, creative, and audience targeting to drive top-of-funnel growth
• Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry communities, and retargeting platforms
• Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align campaign efforts with GTM priorities and pipeline goals
• Report on campaign performance, attribution, and ROI, and use insights to improve outcomes
• Manage and scale marketing operations, including tooling and CRM integrations to support digital programs
Ideal Candidate Background:
• 5+ years of experience in digital demand generation, ideally for B2B cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS products
• Deep understanding of the security buyer journey and how to reach CISOs, security leaders, and technical practitioners
• Proven success generating pipeline through LinkedIn campaigns, including content syndication, paid social, and influencer engagement
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, identify insights, and iterate quickly
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
Nice to Have:
• Experience with emerging platforms like Reddit, X, and security-specific communities
• Background in content marketing or close collaboration with content teams
• Familiarity with early-stage GTM playbooks and product-led growth models
