Listing Description

As a Security Construction Consultant, you will be essential to furthering our mission by providing expert solutions to clients, enhancing client satisfaction through ongoing technical support, and assisting the consulting team in evolving the security capabilities of the organization and our clients.


This role will:



  • Evaluate clients’ existing security protocols, technologies, and processes and identify obstacles and deficiencies in meeting ICD705 accreditation requirements.

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks related to ICD705 accreditation.

  • Work closely with clients to design and develop tailored solutions to address their specific ICD705 accreditation challenges.

  • Oversee the successful implementation of recommended solutions, including the installation, configuration, and integration of security systems, encryption technologies, physical access controls, and other relevant measures.

  • Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients, resolving any system-related issues or concerns that arise during the accreditation process.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client engagements, including project plans, implementation details, issue resolutions, and post-implementation evaluations.

  • Stay informed about the latest developments, trends, and updates in ICD705 accreditation standards and related technologies.


This role might be a good fit for you if you have:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of ICD705 accreditation standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Proven experience in consulting or providing technical solutions for security-related projects, preferably within government or defense sectors.

  • The ability to understand typical construction installation methods and how to integrate ICD 705 security features into construction designs.

  • A strong understanding of information security principles, physical security controls, encryption methods, and relevant technologies.

  • The ability to evaluate security risks, conduct vulnerability assessments, and provide appropriate remedies.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and deliver effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a detail-oriented and highly organized manner.

  • The ability to travel up to 30% of the year.

  • Expert level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
