We are expanding HomeToGo’s technology team in Lithuania and are looking for the brightest talents to join this growing company.

As a Senior Security Analyst, you play a pivotal role in protecting our organization systems and maintaining smooth operations. With your expert skills and knowledge, you ensure the safety of our digital infrastructure against threats. Working in close collaboration with various teams, you not only understand their specific needs but also provide them with optimal solutions to enhance our overall security posture. Your dedication to staying abreast of the latest industry trends and developments helps us foster a secure and resilient environment, capable of withstanding emerging challenges and threats. This position is open in Vilnius or Kaunas.

In this role, you will
  • Continuously monitor our networks and systems for any security breaches or intrusions
  • Spearhead incident response when a security breach occurs, taking lead in resolving the issue and possibly participating in forensic analysis to understand the incident better
  • Regularly evaluate our organization's security posture, performing risk assessments and threat modeling to identify areas of weakness
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our organization's security policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a culture of security awareness by educating other employees about the importance of information security, possibly conducting training sessions or seminars
  • Evaluate third-party service providers for security concerns and ensure any technology acquired by the organization meets our security standards


    • What you will bring
  • Knowledge of various network and security protocols, operating systems, and database platforms. Understanding of different cybersecurity technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-virus software, and SIEM systems
  • Ability to analyze complex data and computer systems to find potential threats or weaknesses
  • Ability to manage cybersecurity incidents effectively. This can include skills in digital forensics and understanding common attack techniques
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and ability to apply them to the technology environment
  • Understanding of how to develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex issues, often under pressure
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ can demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in this field
