Job Title: Cyber Security Awareness – Manager/Senior Manager

Job Summary:
The Cyber Security Awareness Manager is responsible for designing and implementing programs to educate employees and stakeholders about cyber security risks, threats, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in cyber security, and a deep understanding of how to engage and motivate individuals and teams to adopt secure behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, cyber security, or related field
· 8+ years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on security awareness and education
· Strong understanding of security frameworks and industry standards such as NIST, CIS, and ISO
· Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
· Experience working in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders
· Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SANS GIAC are preferred
· This is a full-time position that typically requires standard office hours. However, some additional work outside of regular business hours may be required to accommodate training schedules or respond to security incidents. The Cyber Security Awareness Manager may also need to travel occasionally to support training initiatives or attend industry conferences.
· Develop and deliver comprehensive cyber security training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and partners
· Analyse security awareness program effectiveness and adjust content and delivery based on feedback and metrics
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure security policies and practices are being followed and to identify areas of risk
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and respond to emerging security threats and trends
· Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements and recommend changes to the program as needed
· Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the security awareness program
· Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the security awareness program
